The Guide to Colorado Performers – Is not published this year.
(Current edition was published January 2011 – next edition will be published January 2013).

The Guide to Colorado Performers, is the only comprehensive directory of its kind in the state! The Guide is a year-round, desktop companion to professionals in the performing arts all across Colorado (as well as parts of neighboring states). Our distribution network includes Parks and Recreation agencies, community arts councils, resorts, corporations, festivals, and special events - anyone in Colorado who hires performers. A listing in The Guide to Colorado Performers gives buyers clear, factual information about your group's work and if you purchase a display ad, you can further define the character and image of your group - let buyers know what makes you stand out!

The Guide is also an excellent resource for performers, containing contact information for the buyers around the state and region.

Exhibit Hall Information

Exhibit at the 2012 Jamboree - the best way to bring your group to the attention of talent buyers from all over Colorado in one day.

• Exhibit spaces consist of 6' tables ($75 each) and a limited number of 4' tables ($60 each) arranged throughout the Exhibit Hall
• Electricity can be available to all exhibitors, however, count on bringing extension cords and multi-plug units. More details will be sent to exhibitors before the event.
• Exhibit spaces will not have ‘backs’ to them. Plan to do all of your display flat on the table or by whatever elevation or levels you can create on the tabletop. Easels and some standing items can be used behind the tables.
• All sound equipment MUST have headphones. No sound is to be broadcast so it is heard in the room at large.
• Bring demo CDs that can be given away as well as plenty of printed material that explains or demonstrates the excellence of your work (brochures, copies of reviews, etc.).
• This is not a ‘pipe and drape’ exhibit hall as found in the major trade fairs. We have a casual atmosphere to facilitate the relaxed sharing of information.

We hope artists and presenters get to know each other and begin to establish rapport that will allow years of arts projects together.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER is Monday, January 23, 2012

Return these forms with your payment by mailing to Venture West, 1328 South Vine Street, Denver CO 80210.
You may email the forms. Just make note on the Summary of Fees page as to how your payment is coming - mailing a check, calling in CC#. etc.

If you are a registered exhibitor you may apply to have a showcase performance.

SHOWCASE APPLICATION IS CLOSED FOR JAMBOREE 2012
